About Hosts:

Larry Williams is a Professional Project Manager, Customer Success Specialist, and Retired Professional Wrestler based from Hayward, CA.

Williams’ professional career began in 2014 after graduating from San Francisco State University with a degree in Communications. He started training at the Pro Wrestling Revolution Academy in 2015. He trained with wrestling legends Robert Thompson and Vinnie Massaro and also worked with some of the top independent talent in Northern California. Unfortunately after dealing with several neck injuries, he retired from active wrestling. Still wanting to be involved in the business, Williams and Escobar started the Half-Kay podcast discussing several wrestling topics and reviewing retro content. With his extended knowledge and experience in the ring, Larry provides colorful and detailed broadcast commentary that is truly one of a kind!

 

Fernando Escobar is a Professional Artist, Senior Quality Analyst, and former Director of Design based from Hayward, CA.

Escobar’s professional career began in 2009 after graduating from the Art Institute of California with a degree in Game Art & Design. He began working at All Pro Wrestling, one of the longest running independent wrestling promotions in Northern California. Escobar designed the company’s merchandise, motion graphics and talent’s promotional material. He began working in the Bay Area tech industry at companies such as Sony, Zynga, and Change.org. Still wanting to be involved in the business, Escobar and Williams started the Half-Kay podcast discussing several wrestling topics and reviewing retro content. With his extended knowledge and experience in wrestling production, Fernando provides detailed insight on the “behind the scenes” work that normally hasn’t been discussed before!
